At Morgan Stanley, I was tasked with being the main liaison between the designers and the development teams, as well as with being the chief UI/UX and CSS expert for a top-to-bottom redesign of their client-facing web site. (AngularJS front end /.NET back end) I set css implementation and procedural standards for the entire enterprise; checked interfaces for adherence to design standards; ensured cross-browser conformity; led regularly occurring inter-departmental design reviews for the entire site; and supervised and trained developers in html and css coding.
